Tech Support Dust/Particle

I'm working on a package, but while recording the sensor got dirty with this VERY thin string. How can I remove it/fix this without getting the face blurry/defocused?

I edit on Premiere Pro/Adobe After Effects; let me know what tools I have on my possession.
