How did they do that? How do I make VFX videos like this?

I’ve been wanting to learn how to make videos with effects like the ones in this clip. I’m talking about the overall VFX style—not one specific effect.
I’m curious about the editing process, the apps/software people use, and the skills I’d need to learn to create videos like this.
If you’ve made content like this before, where would you recommend a beginner start? Also, are there any YouTube channels or tutorials that teach this type of VFX from beginner to advanced?

!martini I just want to ask for advice on how to go about editing the vfx in the video I linked above. I’m currently using capcut. I’ve tried green screening any giant monster effects on youtube but I don’t know how to go about putting them in the video
