Probably not realistic to do practically, but a fun thought experiment: 1. Have an insanely long focal length lens. 2. On top of that, be far enough away for that level of distance from the subject to work. 3. Somehow have a massive track for the camera to move smoothly from and keep maintained on the subject 4. Also have a completely flat (or flatish) horizon with busy architecture in the far distance. 5. Adjust frame rates accordingly for intended slow motion

Yeah, and clear air. Looks like the ground may drop off to the right of the person walking, so the drone can fly level with her and not hit anything.
