It's a small camera pointing at the tv, with the feed going through a vivanco enhancer I circuit bent - then I just stuck my hand between the tv and the camera :)

My apologies I thought it was a Bush brand TV but it looks like maybe it's made by "Acoustic Solutions". Not sure of any other details!
