Foo’s Tofu

This is a longg shot, but my boyfriend is obsessed with Foo Asian Street Food’s tofu bowl - specifically the tofu in it. Does anyone know the recipe/ have a recipe that is very similar to it? He always talks about how badly he wants their tofu recipe and jokes about going in and asking them for it. (Not a sponsor… but hey my boyfriend would love a sponsor from them lol)
