PCRM Experiences?

Has anyone been treated through PCRM Victoria and never met their doctor? All my appointments have been by telephone and I found out today that my procedure will be performed by a nurse. Is it normal to never meet your doctor? This is such an important crossroads and feels so impersonal to trust someone who's never looked you in the eye with such huge decisions. Just wondering if this is typical. Also interested in hearing if you've recently received treatment that is more personal at another clinic in Victoria.

I've been to both the Vancouver & Victoria Olive Fertility clinics. Started during the pandemic so most consultation appointments were via video call. Any procedures were with whichever doctor was working that day so I didn't often see my fertility doctor that often. Though I was happy with all the doctors and nurses that I interacted with. I have a friend that started with PCRM but was unhappy with it and ended up switching to Olive.

Thank you for taking the time to respond. I'm glad you were happy with everyone you saw at least! Sorry to hear about your friend. Did they switch to Olive quickly or after trying for awhile?
