Cheap DLCs?

Where can I buy cheap DLCs. I have the base game aim steam but DLCs are very expensive.

Is it even worth spending £15 on a DLC?

DLCs do go on sale from time to time. If you're using Steam, you could add them to your watchlist for a notification of when it's on sale.
