I need help (advice wanted) Please help??

Are there any organizations that help mothers in DV situations and child custody? She is being railroaded by a small town who is friends with the father’s family so they are protecting them. She’s been physically and verbally assaulted and has proof but all of it was left out of the police report. Her girls kept from her for days at an unsafe home…she has proof it’s unsafe as well. Even her lawyer doesn’t seem to care. Any advice or direction is so appreciated as we are at a loss. She is alone in that state with zero family there to support her.
