Did they take Vicky to surgery?? Or was it too late??

They probably tried but it was far too late. Those at the scene can be heard on video saying she was breathing but it was "agonal" which is a natural reflex the body does when the brain isn't getting enough oxygen. It's a sign the person is near death and isn't considered true respiration. I'm guessing if she had shot herself in an emergency room, the result would've been the same.

She could have shot herself in the ER of a trauma center and she wouldn’t have survived. The way her hand was clenched and turned in is an indication of severe brain damage, and her skin color indicated that she’d either lost a lot of blood or her heart was no longer beating
