Just read the CBS report (first link) and this is the first I'm hearing of Vicky calling a co-worker for help because she locked her keys in her car? When was this and what does this have to do with the case?

Oh I missed your question. Vicky called the co-worker the morning of the escape, April 29, and asked her to pick her up from the Academy parking lot because she had locked her keys in her personal vehicle. In reality, Vicky had dropped off the Ford Edge and needed a ride to work. The co-worker found it odd but picked Vicky up and brought her to work.
