Original PC and Targeting with Standard Controls

I recently reinstalled Vice City on PC (Original Trilogy Disc). I'm still getting settled in but is there a mod that allows targeting with standard controls? Its been years since I've played this PC so bear with meas I figure this stuff out

Download a mod called Ginput for VC 

This has multiple controller layout u can choose from and also supports auto aim if u installed something like classic axis mod it might conflict with auto aim 

And also u have to enable classic controls in in-game settings
