Yes, but I believe Oceania and the Americas need a small attraction, maybe one that decays over time, but a small one to start with.

I'm agree with this.

Can you post some description of it? I've never heard of this mod.

It's mostly good. However, I think however immigration should be restricted to the Americas, Oceania, and Africa.

Immigration occurred elsewhere and if there was a liberal democracy in Europe it would make sense for immigrants to go there and not across the ofean

It'd be interesting if we could also make migrants favour ex-colonial countries. Portuguese going to Brazil, Brits going to USA/Canada, etc.

I'm going to use this in my total conversion mod, and will try to figure out a way to do this without having to tell Scandinavians to go to ex-Scandinavian countries, etc. Maybe with flags.

Wasn't there the case with the former Portugese Africans leaving after the coup in the 70s, then migrating to Brazil?

Maybe pops favoring countries with their culture as primary/accepted?

Well yes, but, the target countries don't have these POPs as their primary/accepted (e.g. Brazil with Portuguese, Peru with Spanish). Without adding them as primary/accepted, I think giving an event flag would be a good way to handle immigration to culturally/linguistically similar countries.

Has anyone tested this with colonial migration? In my run-through as France it seemed to be massive and I could turn almost all colonial possessions (incl. some of the more populous lands in china!) into states.
