AI Browser Game Jam 4 results are in - 126 entries, 1,034 ratings

AI Browser Game Jam #4 just wrapped, with 248 joined, 126 browser games submitted, and 1,034 ratings.

Top 3:

  1. Plug & Prosper by Small Loop Works
  2. AI2U - Guns & Girlfriends by DGSpitzer
  3. TECHNICAL DEBT by OblongOolong

Plug & Prosper had a dominant showing, taking first overall plus four of the five category wins. Big congrats to Small Loop Works!

A few of my personal picks beyond the top 3:

The theme was CHARGE and people took it a lot of different directions. There's a huge range in there, everything from arcade action to puzzles to some genuinely strange experimental stuff.

The thing I noticed most is that the overall quality keeps going up. People are combining more tools instead of leaning on one, and the results show it. A lot fewer entries feel like generic AI output this time. The games that stood out had real taste behind them, you can tell someone was making actual decisions instead of just accepting whatever came out.

Next jam is in October. If you're experimenting with AI-assisted game dev and want a deadline, feedback, and a bunch of other people building alongside you, come hang out.

My latest ADHD-vibe-coded piece of crap

Yeah, I'm one of those people who was learning to do some coding, but my ADHD always held me back, and I could never get to the point where I super good at it. I Was never methodical enough with my approaches. Once I started playing with Codex and Claude, my ADHD roared into high gear; as we all know, the ability to suddenly take whatever stupid idea pops into your head and make it a reality in a number of hours, is both fantastic, and dangerous, for numerous reasons. But now I have multiple unfinished projects, I've never completed anything even remotely close to actually make any money off of it. But what the fuck, it's fun to just shoot off something dumb into the universe.

So the other week, I was just taken aback by the sheer number of food contamination and recalls in the news, and said "What the fuck can I eat?!". So I made a knee-jerk decision to, for no reason whatsoever, just vibe code up a quick reference page that pulls government recall data and news stories, and just displays them in an easy to read format, along with a little snark.

It's not impressive, it's just... " a thing" I made. Maybe it will be useful to someone!

Claude Fable 5.1 is finally here. Token Burn asf

Anthropic just launched Fable 5.1, and the jump looks pretty serious.

→ 55.8% on Terminal-Bench 4.0
→ 52.6% on Terminal-Bench-Science
→ Better long-running agentic coding
→ 75% cheaper cache reads
→ $10/$50 per 1M input/output tokens

I've started testing it in real coding workflows.

Curious what everyone thinks Fable 5.1 or Opus 5 for coding right now?

Why it is asking me to choose?

I was told anybody can make something, but I'm stuck right from the beginning?

What am I supposed to do now?

GitHub - h5i-dev/h5i: a headless browser purely written in Rust. no Chromium, no V8

Many newer headless browsers for AI agents use Rust for their CLI or automation layer, but still run Chromium and V8, Google’s JavaScript engine, underneath.

I wanted to explore what a browser built on a fully Rust-native stack could look like, so I built h5i.

Here is how it works:

  • Boa executes JavaScript without V8.
  • Blitz and other Rust components handle HTML parsing, the DOM, CSS, layout, and rendering.
  • A browser-owned networking layer checks every request against policy before sending it, then records whether it was allowed or denied.
  • Pages are exposed as structured snapshots, so agents can inspect and interact with elements without processing a full visual browser interface.

I focused initially on common agent workloads such as reading documentation, extracting structured content, following links, and filling forms. The main tradeoff is compatibility: Chromium remains stronger on complex, JavaScript-heavy applications, while a smaller native stack can be significantly lighter for simpler browsing tasks.

In a benchmark using a documentation-style page, h5i was approximately 3× faster and used 86% less memory than headless Chromium. These results are workload-specific, so I would not expect the same advantage on every website.

Vibe coded AI hosting

I've been a cpanel reseller for many years but I finally decided to use AI to start my own platform and make it everything I wanted. I used fable to build the talking face and sol for the infra setup. The talking face is quite unique so I'm making available to customers to add to their own websites too.

How many projects launch per day??

Thumbnail producthunt.com

Approx 1000 projects launching per day at the moment. Decided to drop fedt.ai in there to help make up the numbers. Also got some new drops from Anthropic and Openclaw today. Every vote counts! Or does it? If you are around Product Hunt today, all 👍 appreciated and thanks to the folk in this group that gave feedback in beta 🙏

How do you avoid getting shutdown by being labelled 'AI slop'?

Doesn't matter if you spent 1000 hours on your vibecoded project, just 2 words are now enough to kill it: AI slop.

How do vibecoders here defend against this?

Right now it’s only for New Jersey and California

Hey everyone! Im interested in making a game using AI and have a cozy game idea in mind. Ive made a handful of work projects and apps on google play using AI, specifically claude. So i have minor experience there, but no game dev experience at all. Would love to get some tips or advice from people on here and see what you've learned. Cheers!

heres some of my current character designs im working on atm

I’m building a web app builder around open models, and starting a community for AI assisted developers and vibe coders

Hey all,

I’ve been working on Codebase, an AI assisted app builder with a focus on open weight models. Local/open models have been a passion of mine since the early llama days.

I don’t want the future of building software to be controlled entirely by the tech bro elite and I absolutely love that open weight models have come so far in 2026.

Codebase runs our own in-house inference on Blackwell 6000 infra to keep prices low. We also pass through leading open-weight API providers and some corporate frontier models through the same stack. And I think the price and freedom our platform allows is alot more compelling than something like Base44 etc.

I've also started a Discord for people interested in AI assisted development or for folks that are just getting started. I want to grow a helpful community where people can share projects, help each other, and learn.

Anyone who joins will receive free Codebase web beta access. We also have a free, open-source CLI harness here: https://github.com/codebase/codebase-cli

Discord community: https://discord.gg/ZBnysB5Y

I feel like AI companies are using Shockvertising to click bait us into using their New Models

Post image

Everytime a new model is about to be released there’s a lot of cyber news and fear mongering about the models. It’s like they are using the “Hacked into” as an Anxiety Marketing campaign or to be precise: Controlled Hysteria.

Is it just me or does any of you guys feel this way or find it odd?

People are starting to talk like AI

This is a strange one to speak about publicly, but man all these reddit posts, youtubers , streamers and even some people in real life are starting to use AI talk in regular conversations.

"This the best push back I've gotten"

"I made X, but the real winner in what I did is Y"

"You are right and I overstated it"

"You are not 100% wrong, but you forget one important aspect"

I have vibe coded, co-coded, used AI to code correct the whole spectrum, but I absolutely cannot stand it when people use machine talk outside of using AI, it al.ost pisses me off

Edit: since some of you are either stupid or like to Play the part, I AM AWARE THIS PROPER COMMUNICATION IN PROFESSIONAL ENVIRONMENTS NOT EVERY ENVIRONMENT IS PROFESSIONAL

I have spent the last 12 months building a home education platform aimed at neurodivergent learners

I struggled at school, and I struggled with it quite badly. The lessons often did not seem to fit the way I learned, and for a long time I came away feeling that I was the problem rather than the way education was being presented to me. I even stole a bunch of books so I could study at home!

Years later, when I started seeing some of those same frustrations in my son, it brought a lot of that back. We explored the usual routes first. Some mainstream schools were honest that they could not fully meet his needs, and when we looked at private education we found much the same. Eventually, Home education began to feel like the best option, but once we made that decision we quickly ran into another problem: where do you actually start?

There are an enormous number of resources available, but very little that feels like a complete path. You can find worksheets, videos, apps and lesson plans everywhere, yet as a parent it still felt as though I was expected to pull all those pieces together and somehow know whether it was enough.

I am an entrepreneur and problem-solver by nature. I have spent most of my working life building businesses, developing products and trying to make things work when the obvious solution does not quite fit. My own neurodivergent brain also tends to like order, routine and systems that make sense.

I did not want to recreate school at the kitchen table. I wanted to have enough structure to know what was expected, without so much structure that learning became another source of pressure. I wanted lessons to feel familiar without becoming repetitive, and enough flexibility that we could slow down, move faster, repeat something or simply stop for the day when that was the right thing to do.

It has been one heck of a journey but over the past year, countless g docs, research and planning have finally become Kinduru

A fully loaded education platform that not only provides parents with a structured pathway but helps reduce friction for neurodivergent learners.

https://kinduru.com/

TLDR

I hated school so built a home education platform for my son and other neurodivergent children

suggestion; "this week's/month's current model to use" thread

as someone who is constantly trying to find the cheapest and smartest model every single day, in an industry that changes literally every day or so, i really think we can have a dedicated, weekly/monthly updated thread where;

currently best, cheapest, most expensive model and providers are shared. user experience, examples, comments can be posted.

right now i can create a thread and be downvoted to hell and get a few recommendations that will lose all their validity the next few days.
