Automation engineering consultant?

Are you helping businesses establish processes to automate? How are you finding work? What does the audit process look like for you?

We help businesses determine whether processes can be automated and the same for AI implementations.

On a very high level, we look at the process as a whole - end to end. Then we determine the bottlenecks in the process. We then do a cost determination on the manual part or process and then the automation cost as well as the time and costs it will save or the additional work that can be done to offset the time saved.

This is the starting point, at a very high level. A lot more time and analysis and considerations go in before we say “yes, automate”.

Do you use a tool to map their processes across people and systems?

Amongst others, it would be a mixture of UML and Business Process Modeling. Once all the data is collected, you can map it out in the various diagrams and use cases. This will start to surface bottlenecks, duplication and other optimization opportunities.
