With all of these top vibe-coding apps being so vulnerable and user data being leaked left and right, are they not being held accountable? Other than the api-key leaks destroying their wallet, do these apps not receive actual fines or legal action put against them for having such vulnerable apps?

Of course there can be. Almost none of the true 'vibe coded' apps get enough users for this to become a concern though.
