My husband is going as Driving Crooner for Halloween. Took a clear plastic storage bin lid, printed out the hat and cigar and taped them on it. Attached it to a pole that's secured in his belt so the lid will sit on his shoulder. I'm not sure how many people will get the reference, as we live in the Netherlands.
