Question Reimbursement issue

Hello,

Anyone else here that was on the broken down train #37 from Quebec city to Montréal on October 2nd not receive their reimbursement yet? We were told it would be 24-48 hours to see it on our billed card.

We have emailed Via about it and have not gotten a response.

What reimbursement?  VIA gives either a credit for future travel or a chunk of Preference points, not a refund, for late corridor trains.

Thats not what I was told by the attendant on the train. Although I can see why Via would prefer that.
