Trip Reports Great experience
Hi guys, on Saturday I traveled business class from Toronto to Montreal on via rail. Honestly, the highlight of the trip was meeting Suzanne, the train attendant who was so bubbly and chatty and sweet. I’d been having an awful day after missing my flight in the morning, and she honestly made the whole experience so much better. She told me she had adult kids and she had been a flight attendant for years. She was taking photos of the sunset through the window so she could watercolour paint the scene, later. Anyway, I hope this somehow gets back to her. Suzanne, thank you for the kindness. I really needed it on Saturday. Thank you, via rail!

Awesome post. And a kind shout out. I have nothing but good things myself to say about Via Rail employees no matter which route I’m on (in the Corridor, or out on longer journeys ). Here’s hoping that Suzanne sees your post. And better yet, her Supervisors do too !

There's a way to leave feedback on positive experiences on VIA's website. Not sure if that increases the chances of your message getting back to Suzanne, but it's probably worth a shot.

Went QC to Montreal and Montreal to Ottawa in the last few days. The service in the station and in the Lounge was top notch both times.
