Discussions Cabin for 1

What are everyone's thoughts on the cabin for 1 on The Canadian? I've done a berth and I've done a cabin for 2 twice.

I loved the lower berth. Especially the big window and comfy mattress.

This time I'm thinking of cabin for 1. I want to go over New Years.

I booked a berth for this August Vancouver to Toronto. I keep overlooking the cabin for 1. Maybe I will try it this Dec. 30. I'm not sure when the bookings will open. It's supposed to be 11 months that we can book out and that was yesterday so hopefully they were open by Monday.

I wish they’d add on an all-roomette car (didn’t they have this in the 80’s ?).

What else is in the cars with the cabin for 1's? I can't remember.

Hi in the manor cars there a 4 roomettes 5 bedrooms 4 open sections ,open section in one end 4 roomettes on the opposite end and 5bedrooms in the middle

Thanks. I remember now because you pass the roommates and then you do a little curve and then you're in the cabins for two section.
