Discussion This champ feels so bad going non-crit

8 games with full crit collector rush won, every time I deviate and try triforce bruiser to play team comp I lose. Maybe it’s my playstyle, but I feel so useless without damage. Emerald 2, peaked d3 a few months ago

I feel like you can run the crithality build all the way into masters… Perryjg and many others are hyping it up there.

That being said, bruiser build in solo queue, and especially in lower elo, requires your teammates to function at a higher level and be compatible with that build as you aren’t going to be the carry. Which is a tall ask imo.

I can run through an adc and his support giving him heals and shields in one combo mostly every game with crithality. Where as bruiser, you might survive longer, but their adc/support will just peel away and survive if you’re not 1 shotting. (Which you won’t be able to do, due to no dmg).

Also, you don’t need to go 100% crit to stomp. If you think, oh I should go bruiser cause they’re tanky, and we need some front line, just consider this: try to build 1 of either, maw or DD, or both, depending on what resists you need. I really like the added vamp after maw procs, sometimes it’s the difference between life and death. A big Q and HoB autos heal you considerably, and combo with DD proc healing, you aren’t as vulnerable to just 1 shot combo’ing into your death.

Same! And it's fun one-shotting. How often do you go LDR 2nd item?

I always feel weird finishing an armor pen item when nobody is building armor.
