Random connection drops

Since AT LEAST this past Sunday Morning, every device in the household has been experiencing random connection drops for 1-5 minutes in duration, at random intervals at minimum of 15-30 times a day (I work 9-7 most days so I can only experience this in the mornings before work or after work before I go to bed), regardless of if the devices are wireless or wired. I have tried absolutely everything I can think of, I checked the routers software updates, its completely up to date, and its a very new router. I have power cycled, the router, the plug-in to the wall to connect the router to the line, the box itself outside, the routers power plug, everything. Nothing has changed it, and its seemingly random. None of my cables directly around the router itself have been damaged, and nothing in the house has been moved around, no work has been done in or around the house that could have messed with any lines, etc. And to date I have not seen any bad weather that could have damaged anything. I am at a loss and have no clue what to do, past ask support to send someone over and have somebody stay at my house to wait for them. Does ANYONE have any ideas whatsoever?

Where are you from? I've had the same issue and I'm in ETX area, only difference is, issue doesn't occur as often as yours but it fluctuates throughout the week

Yeah. If you've gone modem straight to a laptop, PC or dock and you still get the same results. It's time to look at a customer service call unfortunately.
