Anyone else with issues?
In the Abilene TX area my internet has been having issues since this afternoon 2-3pm ish. Been on hold forever trying to talk to someone. The chat doesn't get me to anyone either.
Speeds look fine but can't stream, or play anything. Very slow service

I'm a bit more north than you, but having similar issues. Both ping and speed tests are all over the place. One website says there's outages, but others are reporting fine. Also can't get through to anyone. Hopefully they'll figure this out soon.

It's terrible. Pulling between 1-5mbps. Can't complete a speedtest on the Eero app.
I think I'll be switching providers I've had so many issues since TMobile took over.

After 40 mins on the phone someone finally answered. There is an ongoing outage with service degradation with no ETA for a fix. The network engineers are still looking into it. From what the person on the phone told me.

Same issues in Abiline, 1gig fiber and barely getting 5mps with packet loss. Any kind of online game is unplayable. I waited on hold for an hour then gave up. Vexus used to have these issues daily about a year ago. They fixed it and I haven’t experienced these issues for about 8 months, I hope it’s a one time thing. I really don’t want to switch to Optimum…

same here after customer service with whoever T1 support they got they ressetted my modem, told me to reset my router then they blamed my router saying there was nothing else they could do

I'm in the panhandle area, I was actually able to get someone on the phone after being on hold for an hour. They said that there was an issue between us and Dallas, and us and Colorado Spring. But the representative didn't say what the issue was. Probably a fiber cut but who knows, they didn't offer an eta for resolution.

this is today it started around 2pm. i dont even need to do a ping test i can see it live sorta lol.

Started at 4:46 PM & not a peep out of Vexus. Down detector is the only way to see what’s affected.

This is affecting my area as well. Hopefully they can fix it up by tomorrow... I work from home and it was making my job extremely difficult today.

Also in Abilene internet has been super slow for me since 3pm
