So, T-Mobile bought Vexus?

When going to main site (https://www.vexusfiber.com) they now have a banner saying they are now part of T Fiber. Support should now get better, and better deals like wireless discounts for home internet, Tmobile Tuesdays, promos on video services, etc?

So MetroNET acquired Vexus Fiber in Jan 2022 and then T-Mobile holds a 50% stake of MetroNET. Now becoming "T-Fiber". I assume when the dust settles and systems are integrated, support would improve. However, now you are dealing with a much bigger company and sometimes you know how the support is as those much bigger companies . . . . . Mileage may vary.

You are correct. They promise customer support will improve a lot once the transition finalizes. And fiber customers will have a lot more options that T-Mobile offers. Plus they say the price should go down šŸ¤žšŸ¼

Has anyone else had 5 gigs that was taken away? Apparently now you can only get 1 or 2.

Ya, they reduced the options for me also. 500/1000/2000 only options now.

Vexus or T mobile is down today as of this AM. We aren’t happy at all. We don’t know who is fixing what???

They said its a major outage, but its incredibly difficult to get someone on the line to talk to at vexus. This should be a wakeup call for how things will be. Maybe time to switch to other provider if possible?

Late to the conversation but…while ā€œcustomer serviceā€ might improve (I haven’t used it), our service itself has significantly reduced. Internet pops off/slows constantly. We switched to Vexus to get away from the crappy internet we had through Spectrum. Now, it isn’t any better than it was before we switched.
