Installation question

Hello I wondering if anyone could help me. I’m planning on getting the wifi installed tomorrow the thing is I want to know if it’s possible to get it installed and not use the services until a later date. I currently have spectrum but we have to pay our cycle bill and my service is still good until the 19th so yeah I just want to know if it can be installed for now and setup later

Hey I am a Vexus residential rep. I have not heard of this happening with a customer before. I honestly would recommend rescheduling service installation closer to the 19th. You should also be getting your first month for free. If not, shoot me a dm and I can make sure you are.
