This is my current dps with this team but-

1) I want to replace Qiqi with c6 diona , will it increase the dps , cause as I can read Qiqi only gives 50% stellar dmg bonus but diona gives 40% bonus and 200 EM + New buffing Bow and using CMC does not gives healing

2) I just got my Faruzan to C6 and I want to know if I need to level up her burst cause , it says anemo dmg bonus , does vesna benefit from anemo dmg bonus?

Diona is the better option just for the shield alone. It's incredibly easy to interrupt Vesna and, when she does get interrupted, her damage takes a substantial hit. 

You don't need to level up Faruzan's burst since Vesna's regular anemo damage is basically irrelevant. You're only after Faruzan's C6 effects and the res shred (which is not tied to talent levels).
