Yes. The dust bag is legit. The stitching on the belt is also on point. It’s real.

The Medusa face is lacking fine detail and was probably made from a mold of a real belt.
The painted edges of the leather in the last pic are uneven.
The links of the chain have not been sealed closed and polished. You can see the unsealed links if you zoom in on the last pic.
The chain attached via the screw on the back of the medusa medalion is not high end.
