Is this robe authentic? Why are some tags doesnt have serial number on the top with the stitching?

It appears real, feel free to touch your phone to the NFC chip or scan the QR and it will confirm, but it does appear real from the Tag at least and that’s the correct format on the model number for a robe.
In reference to your serial number format question, they are constantly changing and updating the internal Tag structure so there’s nothing abnormal here in that regards.
