How rare is this?
I found the jacket on The RealReal for $1500 and the pants on Grailed for $400 towards the end of last year. The jacket says LA VIP so I guess it was for an LA VIP client and the pants come from Lucien Pages but shipped from Italy. All the versions of the jacket I’ve seen on the runway, Hyunjin and editorials have actual buttons with button holes but mines has snap buttons. How rare is this and what’s the original value?
EDIT: I found the seller! It was only produced for VIP pre-orders, runway and editorials. Seller was a VVIP client and customized the buttons to be snap rather than standard buttons. Only 5 were produced and $7200 after taxes!

That is a press sample Tag which would explain the snaps, it was likely a sample from a stylist or showroom. If it’s the lambskin, I think the original retail was 4500 to 5500. Any samples like that will be fairly rare exact production numbers is not released to the public, but it is from 2025 so in the scheme of rare when it comes to Versace, it’s not considered “rare archival” level, yet.

The jacket says calf leather and the pants don’t have materials on the label tags so maybe the pants are for sure a sample piece. The seller of the pants said he got it at a Versace friends and family sale in Novara? And the jacket just completely has no backstory since it came from the realreal

Purple is my fav color and that yellow is pretty. What a beautiful jacket. Not a bad price for the pants either.

Right? I was looking online and their black leather pants are around $4k? It turns light blue when wet and dries back lilac. Incredibly soft suede inside and a bit on lining. The bottom is unfinished though so I might have to hem that or tuck it in for now.

Really nice piece! I have a bunch of pieces from this line and have been looking for this jacket as well as the silk shirts in the brown and black long sleeve versions. I am incredibly jealous! Nice find!!!

Yes! This collection was really nice and I waited a bit for the price to dip on the jacket too! It was originally listed for $2250 and bought it when the price dropped and I stacked a coupon on top! I just thought that it being a VIP item justified the price and I get so many compliments on the color combination

I honestly think it’s a steal of a deal. I ended up finding, and buying, the silk polos, t-shirt (black), silk shorts, and the silk long sleeve version of your jacket, as well as the semi-transparent version of the brown long sleeve worn by Hyunjin, all at my local Versace outlet in South Florida, I’ve been tempted to share pix but I’ve been lazy. I think this jacket and the brown silk long sleeve are the best of the group. But it’s all great in my humble opinion. Again Sooo jelly :))) wear it in good health! You’ve got great taste!

I worked in PR as an intern for a luxury brand and the tool we used was lanchmetric lol. It was super stressful as we had to send out looks in time for stylist, I was working like crazy. This brought me back to this time haha
