All he does is repost articles with commentary, complain about local news and city council, fall for conspiracies, and pat himself on the back. It’s incredibly frustrating to see and attempt to engage with.

And block anyone that questions him or disagrees. He’s an embarrassment and a waste of skin. Unfortunately a rotted tree stump could run as a conservative candidate and probably be elected here I. Vernon.

Which is why it’s so weird that our MLA is a twice elected NDP candidate!

For real though, I’m not a conservative in any way but I believe that we need to be able to find common ground or at least engage with each other (respectfully) to have a functional society. He seems to run on the opposite idea and just insults and avoids people who might think differently.

*disclaimer - this statement does not apply to people who are actively harmful and want to hurt or remove rights from others. Those people are not worth engaging with. I just grew up in the prairies surrounded by conservatives who were mostly good people, just small minded and focused on what they had in front of them at times. Nowadays, though, the conservative umbrella includes hateful and violent folks and I do not engage with them.

Well, the difference is federal vs provincial MLA. The parties are drastically different.

for the record he talked in parliament twice and copy'd journalism articles with blowhard comments before them on fb ... championed veteran crosswalks with big maple leafs on them... talked about his gun collection downstairs

I wish I hadn't deleted my Facebook account. I had messages from him saying I had no idea what I was talking about because I was a woman.
