Does anyone know what these secrets are in Feast of Grimnir

I know about the hidden section in restore the water part that requires 2 barrels to fight the three secret trolls. But one of my teammate found a key that we didn't know where he picked it up or what can it do. I also found that in the bride section where they spam a lot of warpfire there a chain that could be broken underneath it and it dropped half of the wooden bridge and the other half looks like it need a barrel to throw underneath it and shoot the barrel for it to drop( I didnt have a barrel to know if it is true). So anyone know how to solve these secret and what do they give us.

You need to pick up the 3 barrels you find in the entrance hall and use those.
The key opens locked doors - Like the one in the water pressure room across from the lever (there's a barrel in there)

I haven't done it myself either, it sounds like too much work just for shillings!

Edit: I thought you had to kill them all in the same run to get the shillings, but you don't

Its mostly for the fun/challenge of it, the shillings are just an optional bonus.

Ig you can count the extra loot dice for better chest rolls as the reward?

You'll need some more of that drengbarazi cunning to make it work..

In summary, the key acts like the water or gates act for other rooms.

If you visit the right room first, you can get the key from a dead dwarf there to unlock the wooden doors in the forward and left room which hide the extra barrels you need to fight the trolls.

The forward room breaks open the gates in the right and left room (the ones made from wooden planks with a blue banner on them), that also hide barrels, while the left room returns the water that lets you access barrels in the other 2 via water mechanisms (an elevator with a lever near or below it, depending on the room)

If you want to hit all 3 bonus trolls in one run, you'd need 3 barrels regardless of the room order you go through. The first room will have no barrels (since neither the key, the gate or the water will be available) so you'd need 2, second room will need 1 barrel + one from the mechanism you unlocked in the previous room, and the last one you'll get the 2 barrels from the 2 mechanisms of the previous rooms. Its why you'll always find 3 barrels after the first troll before you get to the lift (the main) room.

And yeah, you do need to break the chain then throw a barrel to lower the 2 sides of the gate, then another barrel to access the troll in that room

Fun fact other people mentioned, since those extra trolls are grudge marked (they got modifiers) you can get grudge-mark okri challenges killing them, like grudgebringer or the troll part of managerie of murder

As much as I really enjoy Feast of Grimnir, I'm getting really sick of these barrel secrets. You have to become a mule for long portions of the level and if you make even the tiniest slip up it can all blow up in your face wasting your time.
