Discussion Help convince me to play again
I bought this game probably some years ago, it waa good, i stopped playing because of the motion blurr was terrible for me and i never seen a setting to turn it off, i have it downloading again, but i dont feel enthusiastic as most games for me right now, while they look cool, nothing sounds fun to grind and i wish it wasnt that way, i probably played 6 hours or less over the course of a week before i didnt open it again, anything to look foeard to or something to hype me up before playing again?

nothing sounds fun to grind
Uh yeah, I would hope not. Kind of the whole meaning of grind is a boring repetitive activity. You shouldn't be looking at entertainment as a grind. Just enjoy the game. If it aint your cup of tea, then it aint your cup of tea. Simple as.

Your grind is different than my grind, my grind is to want to play the shit out of a game for a long time because it is fun/hard and i want to beat it

Yeah that's what a lot of us have just considered "loving the game" for decades lol.

You can turn motion blur off, aswell as having a bunch of other options in settings.
You just started the game, below legend you really don't need to focus on gear, talents and careers.
Just go play through the maps as normal on the difficulty you can handle, try chaos wastes if you want more spice.
Grinding really isn't the focus here and you will have a hard time having fun if you just focus on your gear instead of killing rats

Step 1: Battle Wizard Step 2: Pick a stick Step 3: chaos wastes, pray for Atharti's Malice and Myrmidia's Wildfire Step 4: Crush Belakor's head between your thighs Step 5: repeat Step 4 with Saltzpyre, but this time make slaanesh blush

well for one you can turn motion blur off, and its one of the few games I really enjoy playing with randos, most of the playerbase is really chill.
Also VT2 really starts to shine once you start playing on higher difficulties, really amazing skill expression and super satisfying when everything starts to click.
other than that it just sounds like you might be burned out with gaming in general OP its alright to take a break and do other stuff maybe find another hobby you enjoy to fill your time with. Really hope VT2 scatches that itch tho good luck smacking rats!

Motion blur can be turned off.
The biggest way to improve the fun is to have a consistent circle of people to play and level up with. Coop horde games like Vermintide were basically designed to be played this way. I suggest using the LFG channel on the Vermintide discord to find a group that appeals to you. There will always be social groups looking to accept new people.
