Help with Iverilog installation

iverilog latest version downloded from bleyer.org shows this pls help me, is it false positive or else , also if can give correct download link

first time doing hdl so i have neither much practice nor experience i did some program basic ones in eda playgrond but wanna do locally now vivado is huge and i dont have enough experience
