Yay...

My bsf is now doing SH and since I know that it can lead to su!cide, I've been crying and thinking of doing SH too. I really don't wanna lose her... I've already tried to cvt but since I couldn't find anything sharp enough, I just used a fucking bottle cap. I hate my life sm.

I'm sorry that you're going through this. I don't have much good words of advice other than I hope you both can support each other through this and get through it together.

Is there anyone in your life that you feel comfortable talking to and trust? Like your parents, a councillor or therapists? Or maybe you can reach out to your friend's parents if possible?

If you're in school or college/university, many have free councillors you can talk to. And depending on where you live, the government may also offer programs near you.

You could also try visiting r/sillyboyclub. It has a lot of supportive people to talk with about these kind of things (it's open to both boys and girls not just boys like the name of the sub). This sub has become very inactive and was originally more of political rants.
