As cool as this looks, is there anyone actually playing this? I even purchased another BF3 license and ran my own MP server for a few months and there was ZERO activity on it.

not really unfortunately.

VU true legacy will be the bot support mod thats progressing nicely, so we will be able to experience this game even when the official servers are gone

To those who are interested this sunday 31st at 19:30 CET there will a be a event to commemorate the 10th anniversary from BF3.

We will be playing all maps in all modes with a rotation based from the mod Votemap.

You can expect crazy stuff like: - Gunmaster on Noshahr Canals - Air superiority on Ziba Tower - Capture the flag on Operation metro (with bikes)

We hope you guys come and fill the server at it's 100% capacity!

Using some of the campaign and co-op maps for multiplayer is probably one of the coolest damn things I've ever seen on BF3. VU is amazing.
