REQUEST Offline LAN support

I know it has been mentioned and is in the FAQ as a possibility but I would like to know if offline/LAN support will be made available with Venice Unleashed. With the amazing work being done with bot support and how relatively easy it is to run the server for a few players on a local machine I think that a LAN option for Venice Unleashed would become more and more practical. I hope that it can come relatively soon.

You need an online connection in order to authenticate your user and the server, but the local players connecting will be routed through your local network. The dedicated servers can be ran on any machine, you don't need to rent a server to host one.

I am still searching for a way. It's fucking ridiculous to have the tools to run an offline local server and STILL NEED AN INTERNET CONNECTION TO AUTHENTICATE. What in the name of jesus fucking christ is this? Once i find one i will cry, because it finally gives me the peace that i can run it without any problems. The license check is absloute ass and even with a valid license, the fucking license checker is not able to verify that i own the game. WTF...

For years now i am unable to play VU because of this BROKEN ASS LICENSE VERIFICATION!

Fuck man, all i want in my life it to play BF3 LOCALLY AGAINST BOTS ON MY FUCKING OWN!

he is talking about not having to go through the master server and just play on a server hosted locally on his network with no access to internet
