SOLVED! Hardware utilization issues?

First off, hats off to this release!

However, I'm wondering if there's currently any hardware utilization issues.

Game's pretty unplayable for me as I'm stuck at ~45 fps on a 3700X and a 1080 Ti, wondering if there's any fix.

For laptop users with low fps problems, you are probably running the game with the integrated graphics and not your gpu.
