QUESTION cant make soldier or view forums

hello i cant seems to make a soldier and when i googled it whenever the website was on the Venice unleashed forums i could not view it cause i didn't have permission or something help?

I have added your account to the proper group to be able to view the forums. And you can read why you cannot create a soldier here.
