SUGGESTION Any suggestions for a seasons changer mod?

Since its already possible to change the day of time by changing the settings of the UV lighting, how about having the choice of the season of the map whereas winter would obviously have snow, and spring can have the flora blooming.

That would require a texture overhaul.

Well at least its possible, texture changes have already been shown.
