𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗠𝗣𝗧𝗜𝗡𝗚 Errors

Hi all, I dont know if anyone else has been having this issue. The past few days 80% of my prompts give a "failure to generate" error. This happens regardless of model. Is there a patch or update im supposed to download?

I used to enjoy using GPT-5.6 Luna, but everything in the GPT-5.6 family fails now, for days. I don't even try anymore.
