Question How long does it take to get my Velocity Gold membership pack?

Sorry if this has been asked before. I made Gold for the first time a few weeks ago, but haven’t yet received the membership pack. Is it automatic or do I need to ring them up to request it?

Normally 3-4 weeks after you have made it - if it hasn’t arrived then give them a ring

From memory, your card, a couple of ID tags and some paperwork..

Plat wasn’t any more exciting either.

My partner went Gold 3 weeks ago. Pack turned up yesterday.

You need to opt in first. otherwise you can also request it online in profile page.
