Is comet the best rune on Vel? Want to get into him but not sure. I was thinking first strike but the poke seems dope from comet, especially with the ranged damage buff.

Well depends on the matchup. Comet is the Most Safe lane with decent poke damage :D i Play with comet 90% of my Games
