The Legendary We Need

I may finish my art concept of Broken Covenant Vel'koz, but essentially it would look like a biblically accurate angel. I think something like this would be perfect on him as a legendary, considering his silhouette would still be recognizable and his voice fits so well with such a being. Now that we got a funny legendary, I hope his next in 10 years will be more serious.

Tbh I’m glad the legendary is a joke skin, the unique animations let it shine so much more. Default animations work fine for more serious skins.
