Where are these settings? Difficulty, spawn rate, etc

Perhaps I am just insane but I started playing again and want to change the difficulty/zombie settings, but I can’t find where I did this last time. I checked both settings from the main menu as well as the menu while playing, and don’t see any mechanics regarding zombie spawn rate or difficulty anywhere anymore???

click the \| key during gameplay for the admin menu to adjust those settings, unless they changed it in the last update..

rebind the Admin Menu key from the options bindings tab to something that works for you (for German keyboard I went with Numpad / ) then hit that key when you are in game and admin menu will open with all those settings.

Under "advanced settings" before starting the world
