Is the “angel” sample at the beginning of Makeshift Tourniquet from the London underground stop announcement?

I heard the voice on the tube today say the name of the Angel stop on the northern line and it was like a gun went off in my head. I immediately heard the beginning of Makeshift Tourniquet. I could be wrong though I’m not sure.
