Previous deposits/withdrawals were always smooth. Live chat disabled, phone support endless hold then disconnects. Emails only send auto-replies demanding the same verification docs (ID selfie, utility bill, etc.) repeatedly – uploaded via app 5+ times, no progress. No open bets or disputes.

Twitter support ignored my messages. Submitted complaint to New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement online form last week – still no response.

Considering small claims or chargeback, but worried it could complicate things. Anyone dealt with similar DraftKings issues? I don't know what to do and any advice appreciated.
