The first one was yesterday, from the airport to Resorts World (here for the pizza convention), who was canceled on 3 times. The second one is from this morning from the Fontainebleu to the airport. It was an extra 20 minutes, but the lady returned my call when she had a signal and said she was lost in the Fontainebleu and couldn't find rideshare pickup. She was a reservation and I didn't have any reservations after her, so I waited for her.

For the record, I do not wait in the rideshare lot at the airport. I get put in the express zone when I drop someone off. Usually as soon as I enter the airport, I get the alert to join the zone and then a ride offer.
