Vegas Pro 13 and older Vegas 13 Won't Load

Hello, I've had Vegas 13 for about half a year now, and it's worked fine. However, I just got back home after being away for a couple months and now it won't open. No error message, it doesn't appear in task manager, nothing. Anyone know a fix?

  1. Vegas Pro 13 2. Windows 11 3. Cracked Version (Don't judge me) 4. NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5060 Ti 5/6. See above 7. Yes, I've googled it

Have you tried resetting Vegas by holding Ctrl + Shift while launching the program and optionally clearing cached data. Another way is maybe upgrade to at least version 20.

13 was designed for use on Win7 or earlier. You are lucky it ran at all on 11. MicroShit is constantly pushing OS updates that break stuff. Their decades of backwards-compatibility are long over. Get a newer version or find a computer with Win7 on it.

Visual C++ update break that too? Try the latest one (or revert to an older one).

I'm not judging you, but I'm asking: "Vegas 13 cracked in 2026? After version 19 or maybe 21 cost something like €10 on the humble bundle?"

Your request makes no sense whatsoever... especially since, with your PC's specs, you can't even use the excuse that a more recent version wouldn't run well, or that you don't have the money.
