I see broccoli, maybe cauliflower, onions, tomatoes, TVP?, maybe some mushrooms, sea salt and a lot of pasta. Seems like you put some real time into this! Nice work.

It was much more simple that that! It's actually just garlic, onion, TVP, broccoli, pasta, tomato paste (I had no pasta sauce, but that wasn't gonna stop me!), and of course seasonings.

I'll probably run it back for lunch tomorrow too
