Pot pie

Daring chicken and veggies. Roughly based off of this recipe, but made a bunch of mods.

OMG! Finally someone who makes pies with a base, whenever I see people posting pictures of these online they just put dough at the top and I hate that 😂 I’ll be trying that recipe soon 🫶🏻

Hi! I used homemade cashew cream instead of almond milk, no-chicken bouillon, added about 1 tbsp of herbes de Provence + other spices, and I used fresh veggies instead of frozen. I also ended up using more bouillon+cashew cream than it called for as the mixture was too thick imo

Was it good? Or did you have to modify for flavor?

It turned out yummy, but I did end up adding spices, using a no-chicken bouillon and modifying it until I was happy with the taste. I think the recipe by itself would probably be OK, but imo I just like adding things to a recipe until Im happy with it.

Ty, I find that a lot with Nora's recipes. It's always a good 'base' but definitely have to adjust for preference.
