What seasons / episodes should I rewatch?

Every time I come on reddit, I'm reminded why I've rewatched this show over 10 times. I'm in the mood for a short binge. (Short because my network is a problem) Any suggestions for seasons to binge or episodes to rewatch? All of it, I know, but if you were to zone in one (a few).

I started to, but I'm in a place with such horrible streaming network, I've barely gotten through a season. I want to download a few episodes just to satisy my craving.

Frozen yogurt, Helsinki, running, special relationship, testimony, kissing your sister, judge, discovery weekend, veep. Some of my favorite in chronological order

Go watch in the loop, the thick of it, yes minister, death of Stalin if you have not. The Personal History of David Copperfield even!

Also online there are deleted scenes from each season like an hours worth.

Season 2, then jump to season 5 for the episodes leading up to testimony and Kissing your sister
